Erika Kurre is a multi-Platinum Award Winning Realtor® in Williamson County, TN with more than 100 listings and sales in the past 3 years of my Real Estate career. She joined Benchmark Realty in 2020 for its incredible tools and resources. This pairs well with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication, along with about two decades of personal experience buying and selling homes and investment properties. Erika's past experience in TV News brings skills she uses daily in Real Estate negotiations, contracts, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings in ways that reach a mass audience in a short amount of time.

Erika Kurre consistently ranks among Williamson County’s top 1.5% of Real Estate Agents for sales volume, number of transactions and involvement in our local association. As a full-time REALTOR® and a GUILD Inductee of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, she have also earned endorsements for five Real Estate designations, specializing in pricing, staging, buying and selling. Erika is also committed to giving a quick, timely response to each client’s needs and concerns for an outstanding level of service through the buying and selling process.

Erika lives in Franklin, TN with her husband and two children and serve as a Board Member on our elementary school PTO, and on her neighborhood HOA. She is also a member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. Erika regularly volunteers with Williamson County Schools, and has Co-Chaired and hosted one of the most profitable fundraisers for Grassland Schools in 2020 & 2022.

She is a member of Williamson County 100 Women Who Care, and charitably give to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House of Nashville. In 2019, Erika took on an additional project, helping Williamson County REALTORS® give back by raising money for Tucker’s House, which is a non-profit organization in Middle Tennessee retrofitting homes for children with disabilities. Because of this project, and the generosity of local REALTORS®, two families here in Williamson County are living easier in their homes while they help their children in need.
